How preparation works
Define your scope, produce a draft from source code, review it against the product and maintain documentation as your software changes.
1. Define the product and certification scope
Bring a product overview, target version, intended use, target market and existing documents. Clarify which requirements apply before selecting a template.
2. Generate a source-informed draft
Specify analyzes source code to draft documentation about product functions and structure. The draft is a starting point; unsupported facts and gaps need your team's input.
3. Review and connect the evidence
Check requirements against design and test records. Verify the draft against the running product. Choose separately scoped expert review or consulting where needed.
4. Maintain documents as the product changes
Update the document set for the version you plan to submit. Track outstanding items, evidence and review decisions before the certification body's testing or assessment.
Document automation and management cost KRW 300,000 per month. Expert services and certification body testing or assessment fees are separate. Specify supports preparation; the relevant authority or certification body makes the final decision.
